Fee Schedule
Fees are based on the first year's projected total salary.
- Exclusive Contingency 25%
- Open Contingency 30%
- Retained Search 35%
Payment
Due on or before 10th day following start date.
Guarantee
Provided invoice is paid on time, RBW will replace candidate
free of additional charge for any candidate leaving in 30
days.
Other
Any candidate presented to you by RBW and hired within one
year from the date of our last communication will be billed
regardless of any intervening factors and regardless of whatever
position is accepted. If more than one of the candidates we
present accept employment with you, a fee will be due for
each.
Total salary includes guaranteed bonuses, signing bonuses
and certain commissions.
Your acceptance of referrals from RBW ASSOCIATES constitutes
agreement with this fee policy.
RBW Associates provides a direct recruiting approach to obtain
candidates that are not casually available through passive
methods.
